INDEPENDENT SALES ASSOCIATE (ISA) – OPP#1003

Independent Sales Associate’s (ISA) are independently contracted individuals responsible for generating B2B sales. The ISA will contact Entrepreneurs and small business owners to secure any of our suite of Callistecomm Services.

Majority of the contracted employment opportunity between Callistecomm and the ISA is conducted online. (For internal purposes Callistecomm deems the contracted individual as an ISA).

Employment Status: Independent Contractor
Term: 12 months
Transportation: Not necessary
Health, Vision and Dental Benefits: Not provided by Callistecomm. Independent Contractor is solely responsible for securing, negotiating and paying out-of-pocket for their benefits.

Description

Callistecomm is searching for enthusiastic, business-minded, self-motivated individuals to service Callistecomm as an Independent Sales Associate (ISA). To create independent professional business-to-business (B2B) sales campaigns and secure sales. The ISA is classified as an indepedent contractor, and manages their time and schedule, manages their work flow and compensates themselves from monies received from their contract. The ISA is contracted non exclusively. Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus but not necessary.

The ISA will use social and business networking skills to contact start-up company Entrepreneurs, small business owners to introduce Callistecomm’s services.

In order for the ISA to be successful, in our experience we found ISA’s posses the following abilities:

Abilities

Possess the ability to be punctual and on time, show good follow up and follow through skills.

Possess ability to utilize good social networking skills.

Possess ability to be articulate, a good writer, well spoken.

Possess ability to communicate in English. Comprehension of Spanish, French, Mandarin Chinese, Hindu or other languages is a plus.

Show ability to use email, online document management services such as Google’s Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets etc.

Show ability to own and use a tablet, smartphone, laptop or desktop device (two or more devices is a plus).

Show ability to schedule and conduct tele-meetings and video meetings (Skype and Hangout), on the go, at home, public library or virtual office.

Show ability to access a quiet environment for work.

Show ability to access fast broadband and high speed WiFi networks at all times.

Location: North America, South America, Europe or Asia. You must be abled to satisfy all the Abilities listed to be considered for a contract.

Benefits

Income: Commission based.

Independence: Manage your time and schedule your meetings.

Experience: Gain 12 months of independent contractor experience.

Growth: Upon satisfactorily completing the 12 month contract, either extend your contract or gain a Letter-of-Recommendation to assist you to gain additional contracts with another company.

Education

Posses an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Marketing Management, Communications, Public Relations required.

Qualities

Articulate and well spoken and well written.

Be a self starter, go getter, optimistic about life and possess loads of confidence.
