Gerald C. Calliste Jr. Founder, Managing Director and Consultant
Mr Calliste Jr. (Calliste, kah-lease), 赵杰瑞, is an “active” serial entrepreneur, social and business networker, angel investor who earned millions of $’s and £’s for music and video entertainment companies worldwide. A serial entrepreneur since 1981, Calliste Jr. launched his first music company in 1983 then sold his stake in 1988. He is a songwriter and 2x music publisher member at American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP) since 1983, 1984 and 2005 respectively and artist member at SoundExchange since 2013. He recieved multiple Recording Industry Association Award (RIAA) honors.
Calliste Jr. is an expert on strategic business, developing joint ventures, securing sponsorships, music copyright, licensing and marketing. His music is licensed on ESPN Espy’s, Activision Blizzard, Sony Computer Entertainment of America (SCEA), Universal Pictures, Universal Music (USA, UK), Universal Music TV (UK), DefJam, EA Sports, HBO, Infinity Ward (CoD Infinite Warfare) Rockstar Games (GTA: Vice City) and many more.
Calliste Jr. Launched a private investment company in 1995. Bought his 1st domain and built website in 1999. Launched new music company in 2001 and video streaming company in 2009.

Dr. Da Xie located in Guangdong Province, Guangzhou, China, serves as Independent Foreign Markets Analyst at Callistecomm and at times will communicate with the company’s East Asian partners and potential clients.
Dr. Xie is a young scholar and promising engineer with tremendous opportunity to make his mark on business and the world. In 2010, Dr. Xie completed his doctoral dissertation in Information and Communication Engineering at the College of Marine Engineering at Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi’an, P.R. China.
Xie holds an M.Sc. in Information and Signal Processing and a B.Sc. in Electronic Information Engineering from the Northwestern Polytechnic University, Xian, P.R. China respectively. Dr. Xie was a visiting scholar to the Department of Electronics and Computer Engineering at New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT). His areas of research include Detection and Estimation Theory, Statistical and Array Signal Processing and Source Localization and Tracking by Passive Arrays.
Dr. Edita Arlauskiene Foreign Markets Analyst
Edita located in Vilnius, Lithuania and serves as Independent Foreign Markets Analyst at Callistecomm. Ms. Arlauskiene works diligently and efficiently on all matters of business and is a promising young professional. Edita assists the Calliste team to evaluate growth potential and market viability in emerging markets. SaigonTech has entered into a partnership agreement with Houston Community College System, Texas, USA (HCCS) to jointly offer courses for HCCS credit that will apply to the Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degrees in Computer Science Technology and Computer & Information Science Technology.
